Usage Pancake
Ingredients
- 100 g pancake mix
- 4 eggs
- 400-500 ml water
- (optional 20 g sweetener of your choice)
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and ½ package (100g) of pancake mix. Add 400 to 500g of water and mix together (optional: 20g of sweetener of choice). Heat a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat. Spoon in a ladleful of batter. Cook the pancakes until the tops are dry and have small bubbles. Then flip them over and cook the bottoms until golden brown.
Waffle
Ingredients
- 100 g pancake mix
- 3 eggs
- 20 g sweetener of your choice
- 40 g water
- 20 g coconut oil
Preparation
In a bowl, mix 3 eggs with 1/2 package (100g) of pancake mix and 20g of sweetener of your choice. Add 20g of coconut oil and 40g of water. Bake the waffles in a waffle iron.
Save Store the product in a cool, dry place.
