Gluten-free ancient bread Start every day with a pure and delicious bread!
The selected flours come from tubers (konjac and tapioca), flaxseed, and coconut. With this ancient bread, you also choose the glucomannan fiber from konjac. This bread is very easy to make and can be baked in the oven.
Ingredients Yellow flaxseed meal, konjac flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates, salt).

Usage Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
5 eggs
50 ml water
1 tbsp oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil with the flour mixture in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape it into an oblong loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Score the loaf, if desired, to ensure it rises nicely. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 70 minutes.
Let the bread cool.
