Vitaal Brood is extra enriched with baobab fiber. This baobab powder is pure baobab fruit powder and is rich in fiber and vitamin C.
This bread is quick and easy to prepare and can be baked in the oven.
Ingredients Yellow flaxseed meal, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baobab, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), bamboo fiber.

Usage Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
3 eggs
150 ml sparkling water
1 tbsp oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil with the flour mixture in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape it into a ball and place it on a baking sheet. Score the bread, if desired, to ensure it rises nicely. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 70 minutes.
Let the bread cool.
Save Store the product in a cool, dry place.
