Vital Bread is extra enriched with Baobab fiber. This baobab powder is pure fruit powder from the Baobab fruit and is rich in fiber and vitamin C.
This bread is easy and quick to prepare and can be baked in the oven.

Yellow flaxseed flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baobab, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), bamboo fiber.

Use
Ingredients (for 1 loaf):Baking mix 3 eggs150 ml sparkling water1 tbsp oilPreparation (for 1 loaf):Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil together with the flour mix in a bowl until smooth. Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes. Then form a ball with wet hands and place it on baking paper. If desired, score the bread for a nice rise. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70 minutes.Let the bread cool down.
