Ingredients Yellow flaxseed meal, coconut flour, tapioca flour, paleo baking powder (tapioca flour, raising agents: tartaric acid, sodium carbonates), psyllium husk, bamboo fiber.

Usage Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
2 eggs
100 ml sparkling water
1 tbsp oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and melted oil with the flour mixture in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for at least 15 minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape it into a ball and place it on a baking sheet. Score the bread, if desired, to ensure it rises nicely. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool.
