Usage Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
260 ml lukewarm water
3 grams of apple cider vinegar
15 grams of olive oil
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the flour mix with the water, olive oil and apple cider vinegar in a bowl until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape it into an oval loaf and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C for 70 minutes.
Let the bread cool.
