Usage Ingredients (for 1 loaf):
Baking mix
2 eggs
150ml sparkling water
optional: 6 grams lemon juice
Preparation (for 1 loaf):
Mix the eggs, water, and optional lemon juice with the flour mixture in a bowl until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes. Then, with wet hands, shape it into an oval loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Score the loaf, if desired, to ensure it rises nicely. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 60 minutes.
Let the bread cool.
