Organic Ginger, Zingiber officinale. Extracted from the roots of the Sri Lankan plant, ginger is a cheerful, stimulating, and comforting oil with a warm, spicy scent.

Ideal for massage or in the bath to cheer the heart and warm the body.

Can be mixed well with orange, geranium and rosemary.

100% Pure Zingiber officinale (ginger) root oil

Usage
Diffusion: Add 6-8 drops to the diffuser or burner.
Massage: Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of base oil, for example sweet almond oil.
Bath: Add 4 drops of oil to 20 ml of base oil and add to running water.

Warnings
For external use only. Do not use undiluted on skin. Avoid contact with sensitive areas, such as eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use essential oils on children under 5 years of age. Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy. Store in a cool, dry place. Black pepper has a warming, slightly reddening effect on the skin because it stimulates circulation; this is fine for normal skin types, but this oil is not recommended for sensitive or allergy-prone skin. Naturally occurring allergens: limonene, linalool.
