TIO has a world first: the very first plant-based toothbrush head for your electric toothbrush! Now you can brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush that's environmentally friendly. Since 2014, TIO Care has been developing and producing oral care products made from renewable resources. In addition to brush heads for the two most popular models from Braun and Philips, the TIO range now includes vegan dental floss in a refillable plant-based dispenser, complete with refills.
Plants instead of plastic
TIO products meet the same quality and hygiene standards as conventional plastics, while the use of renewable raw materials like wood fibers and castor oil results in a significantly smaller carbon footprint. TIO also further reduces emissions from its production process through its Plant for the Planet tree-planting project.

TIOMATIK: Plant-based brush head for Braun Oral-B®. 95% of electric toothbrush users use an Oral-B toothbrush. A plant-based alternative to this rotating brush therefore has a huge impact on the environment. It's the only brush head made from 85% renewable resources like wood residues and castor oil. Only the rotating shaft is still made of conventional plastic because it's subject to high mechanical stress.
