Usage
Step 1. Shampoo - Use a sachet of Charcoal Pre-Color Shampoo. Towel-dry your hair and comb through.
Step 2. Application - Wear gloves. Mix the Color Gel in the Color Fix bottle, tighten the applicator cap, and shake. Apply immediately.
Step 3. Wait - color with the cap and wait 30 minutes, or 40 minutes for gray hair.
Step 4. Rinse - Lather your hair with a little warm water. Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. Shampoo and condition using the sachets provided. Rinse and style as usual.
Root touch-up. Follow the instructions above, but first apply the color only to the roots. Ten minutes before rinsing, apply the remaining color to the lengths and ends. Rinse as described in step 4 above.
Storage advice
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool place away from light and heat.
Keep the packaging for a few days in case you experience a reaction.
Warnings
We don't want to scare you off, but it's important to know that hair dyes can cause serious allergic reactions.
Read the safety instructions and carefully follow the directions for use.
Perform a skin sensitivity test 48 hours before coloring your hair.
Even if you perform a sensitivity test, you can still experience an allergic reaction when coloring your hair. Unfortunately, a sensitivity test is no guarantee of preventing future allergic reactions.
If you have temporary "black henna" tattoos, they may increase your risk of an allergic reaction to hair dye.
This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16.
Please do not color your hair if:
- you have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp.
- if you have ever experienced a reaction after coloring your hair.
- you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "black henna" tattoo in the past.
This product contains phenylenediamine (PPD). Contains hydrogen peroxide.
And finally:
Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Wear suitable gloves. Rinse hair thoroughly after use. Avoid contact with ears and face. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Unscrew the tip of the applicator bottle immediately after mixing to prevent the bottle from breaking and the product from leaking out causing damage. Mixed color cannot be stored.

Seek medical attention if you experience itching, a burning sensation, a rash, or an allergic reaction. Contact the manufacturer and/or the relevant national authority if you experience allergic and/or other reactions.
Before you get started:
Skin sensitivity test
Although this hair dye has a very, very gentle formula for the hair and skin, you should always carry out a sensitivity test 48 hours before use.
You do not need to mix the Colour Gel and Colourfix for testing.
Wash and dry a small area of skin: the inside of your elbow is a good spot. Rub a small amount of color gel onto your freshly washed and dried skin. When using different colors together, use the darkest shade (or the lowest number).
Once the color gel has dried, you can apply a bandage over it or leave it uncovered. If you notice a reaction (redness, pain, irritation, or a burning sensation), rinse the test area of your skin immediately.
After 2 hours, rinse off the remaining colour gel and monitor the test area closely for the next 48 hours for any reaction.
If you experience a reaction, do not use the product on your hair and if your skin feels sore and irritated, consult a doctor or pharmacist for medical advice.
