Use
ThermaCare® for neck and shoulder is especially suitable for the treatment of pain caused by tension or overuse in muscles and joints.

Directions for use
Open the pouch just before use. When the pouch is opened, the product comes into contact with the air and the heat cells are activated. After approximately 30 minutes, the therapeutic temperature of approximately 40°C is reached. Make sure the skin is clean and dry before applying the product. Remove the adhesive side and place the product. Hold the product with both hands and place it on the desired painful area. Press on the adhesive side to ensure good adhesion.

Warnings
Heat products can cause irritation or burns. To reduce this risk, we recommend checking your skin regularly. If you notice any, stop use immediately.

If you are 55 years or older, you should wear Thermacare over clothing and not use it when sleeping. Do not use a heat product for longer than 8 hours per 24 hours on the same part of the body.
To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan.
