Use
Thermacare naturally and effectively relieves muscle and joint pain due to muscle strains, stiffness, sprains, muscle tension or osteoarthritis

Directions for use
Open the package just before use. Place Thermacare on the painful area. Wear for 8 hours for up to 16 hours of pain relief. It can take up to 30 minutes for Thermacare to reach its therapeutic temperature. If you are 55 years of age or older, wear Thermacare over clothing. Do not use for more than 8 hours per 24 hours on the same body part. Do not apply additional pressure to the product, wear a tight bandage or belt over it. Discontinue use if the product feels too hot or wear the compress over your clothes and not directly on your skin. Discontinue use and consult a doctor: - If you experience any discomfort, or if a burn, swelling, or any other persistent skin change develops at the site where you used the product. - If, after 7 days, the pain has not decreased or worsens. ThermaCare compresses are for single use. Never heat Thermacare in a microwave, as it may catch fire. The heat elements contain iron (-2g). In case of ingestion or contact with your skin or eyes, remove the compress, rinse the affected area with water and immediately consult a doctor.

Warnings
Heat products can cause irritation or burns. To reduce this risk, we recommend that you check your skin regularly. If you find any, stop use immediately.

If you are 55 years of age or older, you should wear Thermacare over clothing and not use it when you sleep. Do not use a heat product for more than 8 hours per 24 hours on the same body part.
To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before an MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scan.
