Yuzu is a rare Japanese citrus fruit. Its taste is comparable to lemon, but yuzu is somewhat less sharp and has more umami. It's like a mix of different citrus fruits, extraordinary! You mainly use the juice as a finishing touch or in drinks. We haven't added any salt. So, 100% yuzu! We are one of the few in the Netherlands to offer yuzu, so you're lucky to find this organic version!
