This organically certified wakame grows in Ise-Shima, Japan. Wakame is a dark green, slightly smooth seaweed that tastes delicious with sour and cabbage-like vegetables, such as pickled cucumber and carrot. Wakame is also widely used in Japan to enhance salads and soups. Wakame is grafted onto rope nets in the protected Ise-Shima area of ​​Japan and later harvested by hand. This seaweed is fully organically certified.

Usage
