Teriyaki Tamari sauce
Teriyaki is a spicy sauce with a tamari base. Many teriyaki sauces contain added sugar, but we have exclusively used natural fruit juices (grape and apple) and organic mirin. The result is a sublimely tasting sauce that can be used in many ways. While teriyaki is often associated with beef in the West, in Japan, teriyaki is mainly used to flavour fish. Also delicious in stir-fries, rice, or noodle dishes.
