Tahini is also called sesame paste because it's made from 100% unhulled, organic sesame seeds. We don't add anything, as that would compromise the pure quality. Tahini has a rich, slightly savory flavor and a wonderfully creamy texture. It's often used in homemade hummus, but is also delicious as a base for other sauces, dressings, and even all sorts of sweet dishes.
