Sushi nori is of course mainly intended for making sushi rolls. But you certainly don't just have to roll rice in it; you can also make Vietnamese summer rolls, a Mediterranean variant (with hummus), or a low-carb version (with mashed avocado, sprouts, and other fresh greens). This sushi nori is organically certified, which is quite special. Organically certifying a natural product like seaweed involves a lot of effort. Many requirements have been placed on the management and harvesting of the seaweed, as well as on the use and treatment of the water in which the seaweed grows.

Usage
Use for rolling sushi or cut into pieces and add to your soup or noodles. To make sushi rolls:Place a nori sheet with the shiny side down on your sushi mat.Cover with a thin layer of cooled sushi rice. Leave 5 cm free horizontally at the top of the sheet.Place the filling in a horizontal strip in the middle of the sheet.Roll a tight roll using the sushi mat, keeping the vegetables in the middle. Roll upwards, so that the free piece of nori sheet is away from you.Moisten the free part of the sheet with a little water, so that it sticks well.Remove the roll from the bamboo mat. Cut into 6-8 pieces with a slightly damp, sharp knife.

Storage advice
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 °C).
