These wafer-thin slices of pickled ginger are perfect as a side dish for sushi, along with wasabi and soy sauce. The Japanese eat sushi ginger between bites of sushi because ginger neutralizes flavors. This allows each piece of sushi to truly shine. Sushi ginger is also delicious in a salad, on a sandwich, or with a (vegetarian) burger. We use premium organic ginger from the paradise island of Fiji: an island with some of the cleanest soil in the world.
