Use
You can use santen instead of cream or milk. If you use santen in a curry or sauce, for the proportions of liquid (water, broth or plant-based milk), use between 1:1 or 1:2 (100 g santen : 200 g liquid), depending on how creamy you want it. In soup, you can simply melt a block of santen for extra creaminess.
