Ramen are the perfect noodles for a super fast, healthy noodle soup. Put these organic ramen noodles in a pan with water, along with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables and Japanese seasonings, and cook in 3 minutes. Ramen are the upscale version of instant noodles. Only we don't make them from wheat, but from buckwheat and shiitake. Gluten-free and junk-free, then! There is also no sachet of flavour enhancers. Use miso as a healthy alternative for this.
