Ramen is the perfect noodle for a super-quick, healthy noodle soup. Simply add these organic ramen noodles to a pot of water, along with a tablespoon of miso, vegetables, and Japanese seasonings, and cook for 3 minutes. Ramen is the upscale version of instant noodles. Only, we don't make them with wheat, but with buckwheat and shiitake mushrooms. Gluten-free and junk-free, that is! There's also no sachet of flavor enhancers included. Use miso as a healthy alternative.
