TerraSana Coconut Milk 22% fat organic

This coconut milk consists of 80% coconut and 20% water. This is probably the highest coconut percentage you can find. We also do not extract fat from the coconut, but keep the fat percentage naturally high (22%). This way you can be sure that you have the best quality coconut milk. The texture is super rich and the taste is delicious and pure. Did you know that you can use the coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk) very well for (vegan) baking or cream? Then put the can in the refrigerator overnight before baking. Always handy to have a few cans of coconut milk at home, because you can simply add it to anything!

Use
Place the closed can in the refrigerator for a few nights, so that the fat separates from the liquid. The cream can be used as vegan cream or as a thickener in cakes and desserts, the liquid is delicious in smoothies and curries. More a fan of a homogeneous consistency? Store the can in your kitchen cupboard and shake the can before use.
