This coconut milk consists of 80% coconut and 20% water. This is probably the highest coconut percentage you can find. We also do not extract fat from the coconut, but keep the fat percentage naturally high (22%). This way you can be sure that you have the best quality coconut milk. The texture is super full and the taste is delicious and pure. Did you know that you can use coconut cream (the thick part of the coconut milk) very well for (vegan) baked goods or cream? In that case, put the can in the fridge overnight before baking. It's always handy to have a few cans of coconut milk at home, because you can simply add it to anything!
Ingredients
Coconut extract* 80%, water. * = from organic farming
