These instant noodles with miso and shiitake will give you a warming bowl full of umami in just a few minutes. The mushroom flavour is warm and rounded, and the miso completes it. Gluten-free, organic, and without added sugar. A pure version of the well-known instant ramen.

Use

Place the noodles in a bowl and add the miso flavour sachet.
Pour in 350 ml of boiling water, or just enough to cover the noodles.
