Tomato puree*, onion*, sunflower oil*, sea salt, ginger*, brandy vinegar*, coconut blossom sugar*, sweet paprika*, cumin*, coriander*, beetroot*, garlic*, curry spice blend* 1%, tapioca starch*.

Usage

Stir-fry your favourite vegetables in oil, optionally with a meat substitute (approx. 350 g total).

Add 2-3 tablespoons of curry paste and stir-fry briefly.

Add a can of coconut milk (200 ml) and/or diced tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Serve with rice or naan.
