This Madras curry paste is anything but bland. A rich flavour of ginger, cumin, coriander, and turmeric instantly gives your dish that typical Indian depth. There's no chili in it, so you get the intensity but not the heat. Sweetened with coconut blossom sugar and without unnecessary additives. Make a flavourful curry in minutes or use it as a base for stew, stir-fry, or soup.

How to use

Stir-fry your favourite vegetables in oil, optionally with a meat substitute (approximately 350g total).

Add 2-3 tablespoons of curry paste and fry briefly.

Add a can of coconut milk (200 ml) and/or diced tomatoes and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Serve with rice or naan.
