TerraSana Hiziki

Hiziki is a black seaweed with a delicious, slightly firm bite. Hiziki grows in water at depths of 1 to 2 meters on rocky bottoms. Hiziki is carefully harvested by hand and sun-dried. Hiziki is delicious as a side dish or in a salad and becomes even tastier when you add shoyu and mirin.

Usage
