Hiziki is a black seaweed with a tasty, slightly firm texture. It grows in rocky waters at depths of 1 to 2 meters. It is carefully harvested by hand and sun-dried. Hiziki is delicious as a side dish or in a salad, and is even more delicious when added with shoyu and mirin.

Usage
