Genmai miso is a delicious seasoning made from organic soybeans and unpolished brown rice. Genmai miso fits well in Japanese cuisine, but also in European cuisine. Genmai miso ferments for a minimum of 12 months in 100-year-old cedarwood barrels under the charismatic hands of our Japanese experts. Genmai miso is ideal as a base for miso soups, sauces, and dressings. Also tasty in combination with legumes or cruciferous vegetables. Genmai miso has a moderately strong flavour.
