TerraSana Organic Sprouted Spelt Bread Natural

This organic ancient bread contains no yeast or sourdough: it consists solely of spelt and water. Sprouted bread is made by sprouting spelt grains for 2-3 days and then baking them at a low temperature (110°C-130°C). This preserves the maximum amount of nutrients and fiber. It's a delicious, hearty bread that you don't need much of, as it's very nutritious. Delicious with miso and nut butter, homemade hummus, or chocolate spread.
