TerraSana Sprouted bread dried fruit almond organic

This special bread consists of wheat, raisins, almonds and dates. Nothing else. Yeast or sourdough is unnecessary with this bread! The recipe is traditional: the Essenes made it centuries ago by sprouting wheat for 2-3 days, grinding the dough, and then baking it at a low temperature (110 °C-130 °C). We still do it this way. Sprouted bread is compact, heavy, and exceptionally nutritious. It's best when lightly toasted. Delicious with miso and nut butter or peanut butter with maple syrup.
