Sprouted bread contains no yeast or sourdough. The only ingredient is organic wheat. It is firm, nutritious, and rich in fibre. Great for a responsible lunch! Delicious when toasted first. Sprouted bread is made without yeast or sourdough. This makes the loaf small, compact, and particularly nutritious. The recipe is pure and centuries old. The organic wheat first sprouts in water for 2-3 days. Then the mixture is ground and baked at a low temperature (110 °C-130 °C). This way, nutrients and fibres are optimally preserved. You can enjoy it responsibly at any time of day. Delicious with an avocado and miso spread, nut butter with sprouts, or homemade chocolate spread.
