Sprouted bread is made without yeast or sourdough. This makes the bread small, compact, and exceptionally nutritious. The recipe is pure and centuries-old. The organic wheat is first germinated in water for 2-3 days. Then the mixture is ground and baked at a low temperature (110°C-130°C). This optimally preserves the nutrients and fiber.
