This furikake is special, because in addition to sesame seeds and seaweed, it contains savoury pieces of miso. This gives a rich umami flavour to your rice or noodles. Made from carefully roasted organic sesame seeds, Japanese green nori flakes and freeze-dried miso. Sprinkle it over rice, noodles, salad or soup for extra depth and savouriness. Ideal as a salt substitute, but with more flavour and texture. For lovers of Japanese flavours.
