Organic balsamic crema
Balsamic cream tastes similar to balsamic vinegar, but it's much sweeter and more syrupy. We make it with grape must and 20% balsamic vinegar. To thicken it slightly, we use cornstarch. A super-delicious condiment in a handy squeeze bottle. What do you use it for? It's versatile. Replace the pomegranate juice in muhammara (Syrian spread) with this crema, caramelize onions with it, or add a delicious layer of flavor to your salad, roasted vegetables, or appetizers.

Balsamic syrup is also great for decorating a plate.
