Do you want really good maple syrup in your pantry? Then this organic and macrobiotic sweetener is a must-have. The flavour of maple is slightly caramel-like. Maple syrup comes from the maple tree. This tree produces a sugary sap annually. In Canada, they tap this sap every spring and slowly boil it down into syrup. This is how you end up with a delicious, plant-based alternative to honey or an unrefined substitute for sugar.

The difference between amber rich taste (Grade A) and dark robust taste (Grade C)? Grade C is darker brown and has a more intense, caramel-like maple flavour. Liquid "gold"!
