TerraSana Maple Syrup Grade A Organic

Maple syrup is a plant-based alternative to honey. It's known from the lemon detox diet or the master cleanse diet, and of course, as pancake syrup. Yet, this sweetener is so much more than that. You can use it for (macrobiotic) cooking, baking, and as a base for dressings, sauces, and ice cream. Maple comes from the maple tree, which produces a sugary sap every year. We tap this in the Canadian spring and boil it down to syrup.

The difference between amber rich taste (grade A) and dark robust taste (grade C)? Grade A is lighter in color and is particularly suitable for dressings and (pancake) desserts. You can't help but love it!
