Choose the right size
Interdental brushes are available in different sizes. You often need more than one brush size. Your dentist or dental hygienist can help you choose the right brush size or sizes. If you can't go to the dentist or dental hygienist, remember that an interdental brush should fit snugly, but should never be forced between your teeth. A small tip is to start with the smallest size; pink, after which you can gradually move to a larger size until you feel the brush pressing against your tooth and gum.
The red 0.5 mm brush is suitable for teeth with narrow gaps between them.

Usage
Gently place the interdental brush between your teeth. Move the brush back and forth several times along its entire length. Rinse the brush both during and after use.
