Choose the right size
The brushes are available in various sizes. You often need more than one brush size. Your dentist or dental hygienist can help you choose the correct brush size or sizes. If you cannot visit the dentist or dental hygienist, remember that an interdental brush should fit snugly but never be forced between your teeth. A small tip is to start with the smallest size; pink, after which you can gradually take a larger size until you feel the brush press against your tooth and gums.
The orange brush of 0.45 mm is suitable for a dentition with very narrow gaps between the teeth.

Use
Gently place the interdental brush between your teeth. Move the brush back and forth a few times over its entire length. Rinse the brush both during and after use.
