Choose the right size
The brushes are available in different sizes. You often need more than one brush size. Your dentist or dental hygienist can help you choose the right brush size or sizes. If you can't visit your dentist or hygienist, remember that a brush should fit snugly, but never be forced between your teeth. A quick tip is to start with the smallest size; pink, and then gradually increase the size until you feel the brush pressing against your teeth and gums.
The 0.4 mm pink interdental brush is suitable for teeth with very narrow gaps between the teeth.

Usage
Gently place the brush between your teeth. Move the brush back and forth a few times along its entire length. Rinse the brush both during and after use.
