Usage
Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 effervescent tablet per day. Dissolve the effervescent tablet in plenty of water (200 ml) and take it, preferably with a meal. This supplement can be used daily.
Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
