About the author:
Industrial engineer Ard Pisa (1971) worked in banking for 17 years, the last 10 years as a member of the management team of various local Rabobanks. His authentic and passionate contemporary style was noticed and earned him the leadership award within the Rabobank organization in 2011. His vision on leadership is included in the book "Leadership at Rabobank."
After completing a two-year personal coaching training in 2006, Ard, driven by his passion for health, started his own research to find out what is and isn't healthy in terms of nutrition, exercise, and emotional well-being.
