Stevia Sweetener Powder is steviol glycosides* (*extract from the stevia plant) enriched with inulin, an easily soluble fiber naturally found in chicory, agave, fruits, and vegetables. Thanks to the addition of inulin, this sweetener powder is a perfect alternative to powdered sugar, with no less than 90% fiber. These fibers contribute to a healthy gut flora. Moreover, Stevia Sweetener Powder is easy to dose: one-quarter teaspoon is equivalent to one teaspoon of sugar. When baking, the sweet power of stevia in Stevia Sweetener Powder comes out even better, allowing you to use it sparingly. One jar of Stevia Sweetener Powder is enough for baking about 10 cakes.

Thanks to the inulin, Stevia Sweetener Powder has similar preservative properties to sugar. The sweetening power of Sweetener Powder compared to sugar varies from 1:4 to 1:12 (the more sugar you replace, the less Sweetener Powder you need).
