Use
Use 2 to 6 times a day • Lay a baby younger than two years old on their back (or let your baby sit from 2 years old). • Turn the baby's head to the side (never backward) • Gently block your baby's body and arm with your arm. • Gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. • Press the cap for a few seconds and let the solution flow out of the other nostril. • After each use, clean the nozzle with hot water and dry it.
