Usage
Use 2 to 6 times a day

• Place a baby under two years old on your back (or have your baby sit from age 2).
• Turn the baby's head to the side (never backward)
• Gently block your baby's body and arm with your arm.
• Gently insert the nosepiece into the upper nostril.
• Press the cap for a few seconds and let the solution flow out of the other nostril.
• After each use, clean the nosepiece with hot water and dry.
