Vitamin K2, in the form of menaquinone-7, originally comes from fermented foods. One example is natto, a typical Japanese food product obtained from the fermentation of soy. Natto is naturally rich in vitamin K2, particularly menaquinone-7. This natural form of vitamin K2 is easily absorbed, remains in the body much longer, and has a stronger effect than other forms of vitamin K2.
The vitamin D3 in this product is extracted from sheep's wool fat.
Vitamin D is one of the few vitamins the body can produce itself. This happens in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Since the sun doesn't have enough power to produce vitamin D during the winter months in the Netherlands, a vitamin D supplement is a useful addition for many people. With age, the ability to produce vitamin D decreases by 70%.
Vitamin K2 and D3 work in synergy with each other.
Vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) contributes to the maintenance of strong bones and contributes to normal blood clotting.
Our bodies also need vitamin D for strong bones and teeth. Vitamin D is also important for maintaining your immune system and muscle strength. The latter is important, among other things, for preventing falls in the elderly.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Stabilizer (capsule: hypromellose), Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Usage
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times a day, preferably with a hot meal.
Not suitable for children under 10 years.

Note: Do not use Vitamin K2D3 180 & 25 mcg in combination with coumarin-type anticoagulants.
