Vitamin K2, in its natural form as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), is originally derived from fermented foods. This natural form of vitamin K2 is easily absorbed, remains in the body longer, and has a stronger effect than other forms of vitamin K2.
- Vitamin D and K2 are important for good bone formation and are important for maintaining strong bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the proper absorption of calcium from food and increases the absorption of calcium into the bones.
Vitamin K is important for blood clotting, but recent findings show that vitamin K is just as important as vitamin D for maintaining strong bones. This applies to all ages.

Ingredients

Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules once a day, preferably with a hot meal.
Do not use in combination with coumarin-type anticoagulants.
