Calcium (Lithothamnion sp.); Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose); vitamin K2 menaquinone-7; Anti-caking agent (stearic acid); Rice starch; Glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol; Humectant (glycerol).
Usage
Take 1 tablet twice a day after meals or before going to bed.
Do not use if you are taking coumarin-type anticoagulants because of vitamin K2.
