Ingredients Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Vitamin E (Tocopherol acetate), Zinc (L-Methionine), extract of Tagetes Erecta with lutein and zeaxanthin, Anti-caking agent (Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, Copper (gluconate), glazing agent (HPMC), humectant (glycerol).
Usage Take 1 tablet once a day after a (hot) meal.
Do not take if: Retina Pigmentosa – rare eye disorder – consult a doctor.
Use vitamin C with caution in iron overload diseases due to increased iron absorption by vitamin C.
Zinc: when using antibiotics, take it two hours before taking the antibiotic.
