Springfield DJ Repair glut/nac/zinc Springfield DJ Repair glutamine / N-acetyl-L-cysteine / zinc
Glutamine is one of the twenty naturally occurring amino acids. Cells in the intestinal lining and immune cells use a lot of glutamine as fuel.
Zinc is an essential trace element and is involved in over three hundred enzyme reactions in the human body. DJ Repair contains zinc as organically bound zinc: zinc-L-methionine. In this form, the zinc is linked to the sulfur-containing amino acid L-methionine.
NAC (N-acetyl-L-cysteine) is a compound of the sulfur-containing amino acid L-cysteine.
Zinc plays a role in the cell division process and is therefore involved in the renewal of body cells. In addition, zinc contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells and tissues from oxidative damage. Zinc also helps build body protein.
