Composition per capsule
530 mg phospholipid complex, of which:
• 100 mg phosphatidylserine;
• 100 mg phosphatidic acid;
• 330 mg other phospholipids and medium chain triglycerides (vegetable)

Ingredients
Phosphatidic acid and other phospholipids, stabilizer (capsule: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, sorbitol, iron oxide). Bulking agents (vegetable oil). Contains soy.

Usage
Take 2 softgels twice a day during or immediately after a meal.
After 6 - 8 weeks, use can be reduced to 1 softgel twice a day, and then possibly even to 1 per day.

Storage instructions
Store in a dry, cool place.
