When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. Usage
Keep the candle out of drafts and keep the wick trimmed to 1 cm.
Trim the wick when the candle is cold so that any wick residue is easy to remove and does not fall into the oil.
The oil reaches a maximum temperature of 39 degrees and can even be used on the skin.
Warnings
Do not leave the candle unattended when burning.
