Phosfoactiv plus consists of the natural ingredients glycine, theanine, taurine and carnitine together with various vitamins and plant extracts.
The product is easy to take and immediately absorbable due to its liquid form.

Usage
Take one vial daily, neat or in a glass of water. For mental exertion or an exam, take one vial 20 minutes beforehand. Shake before use.
Green tea:
Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day.
Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
