In de zomer is de smalle weegbree, met zijn karakteristieke uiterlijk, te vinden in weilanden en aan de randen van akkers. In de koudere maanden van het jaar verjaagt hij graag jeukende onruststokers in de keel, zodat de winter zonder vervelende problemen voorbij kan gaan.

Ingrediënten
Biologische Smalle Weegbree (Plantago lanceolata)

Gebruik
Giet kokend water (200 ml) over het theezakje en laat 5-10 minuten trekken.

Bewaren
Droog en koel bewaren.
