Usage
Take 1 capsule twice a day with a meal.
Can also be used externally for: redness of the skin, dry and sensitive skin.
Storage instructions
Do not use evening primrose oil if you have manic depression or epilepsy.
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place.
